Spot Rewards is our way of giving back to the riders who give it their all. It’s a loyalty program built around effort, commitment, and community. The more you put in, the more you get back.

Simply create a customer account or log into your existing one, and you’re in. You can also access the Spot Rewards panel using the launcher in the bottom of your screen.

How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with a friend, who hasn’t bought from Spot before. When they purchase a bike, they’ll get 5% off and you’ll earn 20,000 points ($100 value). -
How do I earn points from social posts?
Up to once a month, share a photo or video showing off your Spot, fill out a quick Google form, and get $10 worth of points added to your account. -
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! Rack up as many as you want. However, individual reward redemptions may be capped at specific values per order. -
You can redeem points for dollar-off discounts during checkout.

Can I combine rewards or use them with other discounts?
Referral rewards can be stacked with existing promotions. All other rewards are applied individually and may not be combined with other reward redemptions in the same transaction. Some products may be excluded from the program. -
Do Spot Rewards points expire?
No, once you earn them, they’ll stay in your account until you redeem them. -
Can I get a reward for my birthday?
Absolutely. Just make sure your birthday is entered into your account at least 30 days in advance to receive your points. -
No. Once you redeem your points for a reward, they’re not refundable or transferable.
