For those who aren't local we highly recommend you taking it to your local bike shop. All components on our bikes are readily available and serviceable by a bike mechanic. There is nothing proprietary about any of the components. Yes, the Gates belts are not common for example, but service, installation, and adjustment is very straight forward and can be done in minutes.
